Every year each class elects a School Councillor who attends regular meetings. This year the School Council have organised two fund raising events. For Harvest Festival we raised funds for the charity “Send a Cow” by having a food stall on the playground. On Help for Heros Day the children came dressed as their favourite hero and raised over £400. School Council members also bring ideas and suggestions from their classes which get discussed by the group and then recommendations made to the staff.
