We held our World Book Day events yesterday. The book character sock puppets that the children had made were brilliant and very imaginative. The children had a great time playing with them and using them to tell stories with. Throughout the day book tasting events were held, year groups read with each other and the children shared their love of reading with each other.  More ‘Stars’ who have completed their Reading Challenge are appearing in the Reading Hall of Fame and hopefully many more will join before the end of term.
