Academic Year 2019/20 – Application and Outcomes for additional fund to help support Service Children.
Successful applications through the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust, MOD Education Support Fund and the Armed Forces Education Trust resulted in:
£4,229 awarded by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust for a Playground Improvements Project which will provide much needed playground equipment for all pupils to enjoy.  The project is due to be completed in the Autumn term of 2020.
£1,587.99 awarded by the MOD Education Support Fund for Separation Packs for Service children, which include a diary, countdown sheets, stickers, postcards and a world map, a Resource Pack for use in school and books on separation and deployment for the school library.
£12,504 awarded by the Armed Forces Education Trust for the provision of a Forces Support Worker (Teaching Assistant) to support a Service pupil on a 1:1 basis and to deliver SALT interventions.
