Naphill and Walters Ash School

The child has one intuitive aim: self development

Well done Yr 6 – winning team at the Year 6 Liaison Group games; this event is a real team effort as there are teams for tennis, table tennis, cricket, rugby, football, netball and hockey. All the year groups who took part in last week’s athletics events did well too and there was a lovely sportsmanship moment when Cai gave one of his medals to a team mate who did not have one!

Monday’s assembly was all about water safety so you can ask your children all about it. Next week we have several musical performances in our assemblies.

Sports Day was a great success. The Year 6s did an amazing job running the events – they do make life much easier for the staff! Mrs Robins and Mrs Wallace’s teams winning their respective sessions.

Next week is going to be hot so remember those caps and water bottles.
